The provincial government is preparing to hold consultations on the environmental and social impact assessment for the James Bay Lithium Mine Project by Allkem/Galaxy Lithium inc. The public consultations will be held in a hybrid format (mix of in-person and virtual). Participants can also attend the public consultations via Zoom by submitting their full name to the Executive Secretary (sophie.cooper@environnement.gouv.qc.ca) prior to the consultations.
